We see cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gynecologic issues, respiratory problems, and acute common cold symptoms the most.

What is the greatest change in healthcare that your office has seen or overcome over the years?

The transition to electronic medical records has been the most difficult for both the practice and the patients to become accustomed to.

What PHP services (Quality, Provider Relations, Care Management, Etc.) have made a difference for your practice?

All the services have been a great help. The one that has made the biggest difference would have to be the provider relations department. They have always been there to lend a hand when we have questions, need advice on how to improve our customer service, and advise us on effective patient care and coding.
